This may be a strange question, but in the 1700s at what age did people get
married and start having children? I am trying to research the birth date of
an ancestor and I know when their first child was born. I want to find a
general range of when this person could have been born. The person was born
in Desert Townland, Newry Parish, Co. Down, Ireland, I believe around 1725.

Anyone ever consider this notion?
