I'm new to this list, but hope there are some connections out there to these people.
Michael Dowd arr. Philadelphia in 1746 on "Dublins Prize", was assigned for 7 years, served in Rev. War . His will,1788, left his possesions to a nephew, Daniel Dollahan in Co. Down.
A Daniel Dollahan was in Newtown, PA in 1793, later was involved in land transfers in Hampshire Co., VA in 1799.
A ThomasCoulter was also involved in land transfers in Hampshire Co in 1799.
Daniels dau., Mary (Polly) Dollahan (named in his will), my ggg grandmother married Thomas Coulter.
Their daughter Matilda was born in 1801 in Vincennes, IND. and baptized there in the cathedral. My gg grandmother Matilda married my gg granfather John Pitcher there in 1819.
Years ago at a LDS history center I saw some census of Dromore, Co. Down thar listed lots of Coulters and Dollahans. Lots of circumstantial evidence, but I'm stuck there.
