True...but I was referring to the NEHGS website where there are articles listed (that I don't know how to acess) and books for sale (which are easily accessed by all). Sorry for not making that clear in my initial message.

I've been told some of the articles at NEHGS are available to non-members,
but I haven't been able to find them. Would you happen to know the magic
words ?

For myself I go to the
New England Historic Gen. Society which has 99% of what
I usually need to research in the colonies.
