My 3rd great-grandfather, Henry FARMER, married Nancy McCord in 1805 at Pulaski Co, KY. Nancy McCord's mother was Jane Jameson and her step-father was Adam Modrell. They moved to Pulaski Co., KY in 1803 from Augusta Co, VA.

The McCords, Jamesons and Modrells are all Scotch-Irish and intermarried with various Craigs, Evans, Campbells and McColloughs both in Augusta Co., VA and later through KY and Indiana.

My Henry Farmer appears on the 1800 tax list for Augusta Co., VA. Does anyone on the list have a research interest in the Scotch-Irish of Augusta Co., VA or any Scotch-Irish Farmer surname lines?
