Searching for info on:
James LYLE and Elizabeth AGNEW
who probably came from Larne, County Antrim, circa 1770 to Queensboro, Georgia, USA. James was single; Elizabeth was probably married and her husband died. During the American Revolution they and many other Loyalists were driven out of Georgia at the evacuation of Savannah and went to St Augustine, Florida, and then on to Guysborough, Nova Scotia, Canada in 1784. James and Elizabeth were married in Guysborough and had three children there.
Any info appreciated.
