Thought I'd try, once again, for any information regarding this name.
The name CUPPLES is from Northern Ireland and Scotland and was first
recorded on the IGI in 1650.
Most emigrations were to Canada and the States and from worldwide; New
Zealand (mine) and Australia. It's an Anglicised Huguenot name and the
original could have been Cappel, Souple, Supple, Cuppis, Cuppif or any
variations.
