Hi there.

Could I please request a look up for any Dowling banished to the
Plantation from Scotland. . My main focus is James Dowling b. abt. 1765
and his father is said to be John Peter Dowling. My information that
James Dowling was in Northern Ireland came from a history book for
Washington Co., Ohio. Family records talked of them being from Scotland
originally. It's been very hard to prove.
