Hi Richard
My ggrandfathers name was William McVey, born 1856 Parents names are
Michael McVey and Bridget McAtamney (on Williams marriage cert, it was
spelt McAtanony, but we think thats the wrong spelling) We think he is
from the townland of Eglish in Co Tyrone. We believe he went to Scotland
at about age 18, got married there in 1884,
I hope this is enough info for you and you can find him for me.
