John, I believe the on-line catalog for the Library of Congress is
incomplete. It may pay to make a call to the reading room to confirm or
refute this. If it will help, I will volunteer to go to the reading
room and look for the information. We live close (32 miles) to
Washington, D.C. in a small community, Leesburg, Va. We own a B & B inn
there so you will have to be patient with me. I can get away for a
day's research this time of year but it may take a week or so to find
that day.
