Hard boil an egg. Shell the egg, Coat it in a layer of Sausage meat,
breadcrumbs and egg (to bind) and deep fat fry.
Roll in Breadcrumbs

Why not try Haggis?. It is delicious. The wee pieces of barley are a bit
like Caviar, while the meat is so finely minced (ground to Americans) that
you have the flavour, but not the texture.
