Good morning to you all, I have been reading with real interest about the
Lindsay's. That is the name that I am also trying to find out about. My
Grandfather name was Richard John and he was from Clonmel, Ireland. I don't
know if he was born there or just lived there. He was b. 9 Oct 1848. He left
Ireland about 1867 for America. His father, Thomas Lindsay was from Scotland.
No town given. So now what does one do. And where do I go from here.
I am going to the LDS History Center this Tuesday and wanted to be able to
ask the right questions.
Thanks so much, Jan
