Sorry, nothing on my line relating to Ontario. Though I do have Smiths
there. In fact I'll just throw this net out too. I have a Henry N.(I
think Nelson) Smith married Isabel Tozer. Their son and my gg
greatfather James Nelson Smith was born on the Old Tecumseh Battlefield
in Ontario on 1/16/1845 (poor Isabel). Henry was a Leut in the Sixth
Battalion of Ken Militia (commissioned on 2/1/1849). James Nelson came
to Montana and eventually ended up starting a big ranch in Colona,
Colorado (one of the prettiest spots you ever saw). I can't find any
more info on Henry and Isabel. Don't know if they were English, Scots
or Irish.
