Pardon my query, but is a Baronet of Ireland the same as a Baronet of
Ulster?
If not, are Baronets of Ireland patented by the Irish College of Arms?
Do you know the armorial device that depicts one to be a heritable
Baronet of Ireland?

I have an interest in heraldry and am somewhat ignorant of the Irish
grants of arms and their devices.
