Hope someone can help me
I am trying to find some information on my G. Grandfather JESSE T. HAMILTON
he was married to NANCY ? had four children that I am aware of
JOHN ALEXANDER my great grandfather (1836-1914),ROBERT, WILL & MOLLY.
He was born in Carlisle (Nicolas county) Kentucky. I have gone there but
could not find
anything on them. The graveyard is full of Hamiltons who appear in
an old prayer book I have from 1835. My G. Grandfather was a physican &
teacher.
He started practicing medicine around 1855 in Bourbon county Kentucky. He
was a
taught school in Athens Kentucky then in Decatur, Rush & Shelby counties
Indiana.
Finally setteling in Advance (Boone County) Indiana as a doctor & teacher.
Robert moved to Michigan. Molly married and lived in Bloomington Indiana
as Molly Moffatt.
