My huband and I just returned from Ireland and Scotland and one of our
favorite breakfast was in the elegant Ballachulish Hotel on Loch Leven in
the Scottish Highlands. Along with the usual fare of bangers, eggs,
broiled tomatoes, etc. was a large helping of baked beans. That meals
was wonderful and beans are on the menu at our house rather regularly.
