In reply to C0lin, who asked about size of a fifth--
It is a fifth of a gallon, slightly less than a quart. Since there are 128
fluid ounces in a gallon, a fifth would be 25.6 fl ounces while a quart is 32
flu ounces.

and to Marilyn, that 750ML is mililiters. A liter is larger than a quart, but
not by much, and 750 mililiters would be three quarters of a liter.

One of these days we are going to give up our insistence on using the old
British system of measurements and go with the metric system that the rest of
the world and all scientists use. for some of us old timers, it will be a
chore to readjust our thinking, but calculations are so much simpler!!!
