Peter Martin is my gr,gr,gr,gr, grandfather who emigrated to Canada,from
Ireland about 1749, and settled in Halifax Nova Scotia Canada. He served in
the Irish Regiment of Foot.
Is anyone familiar with this Regiment? Iwould appreciate receiving any
information that would assist me in determining his place of birth in
Ireland as well as other personal information. You assistance would be
greatly appreciated.
