Ah! Finnan haddie, take two! Hi, David. We talked about finnan haddie on
this list not long ago because my mother was visiting here from Maine and
made it for my family on our insistence. Then, there was a person on this
list that asked about what it was the very next day without me saying a
thing about it the day before! odd, aye! anyway, if you need the recipe,
i'll have to think about it. it's always been unwritten in my
family....dumb. i'll be talking to my mum tomorrow and will get her
official guess for you and *write it down*. i hope that's not against the
sacred unwritten recipe law from ages past, but hey! i want it! :-}
