****** Just in case anyone is imagining that Finna Haddie has something to
do with fins, it hasn't!
The name comes from the tiny former fishing village of Findon, just south
of Aberdeen, where this type of smoked haddock was first introduced.
Findon haddock became Finnan haddie very quickly, and stuck.
