Hey, I am an old history teacher and I hafta admit
I learned more from well researched novels than from any dry old text.
They are fun, paint a good picture, bring the period to life.
Still love a good historical novel. Am working my way through O'Bryan's Capt.
Jack aubrey naval series now.
