We only learn by asking for answers.!!
Rodi proberly does not even own a Kilt !!
The Kilt was worn in Combat in the Battles of the first World War by the
Scots
& Canadian Scots Regiments of Canada
Possibly by other Dominion Regiments also.
The last time it was worn
in Combat was in the Early Part of the Second World War
Never come across the Kilt raising part in Battle.!!
Sounds like something you would see on a "Monty Python Show"
