Hi Kathleen!

Yes there is! TheShipsList is a new, very active email list, whose
co-owners Sue & Gery Swiggum are in the process of compiling Canadian
records and have quite a database going, in addition to a lot of other
info on Canadian immigration. Below is the info on the list and you must
subscribe in order to post to the list.

departure, ship descriptions and history, passenger lists and other
