anyone have info on an Orson Swart.

I have him coming from around Oneonta, NY to Walton NY around 1910 to run a lunch wagon. Then he went to Middletown, NY to run another lunch wagon.
In the late 1920's, he popped up in Utica, NY, running a diner for about a year.
A few years later, maybe 1935, he popped up in Norwich, NY being the head cook for Hand's restaurant. In the article, it said that he had restaurants on Long Island for a good many years.
