James Stone was b. abt. 1808 in SC. He married Rachel Ellison in 1829.

James Stone b. Aug. 1, 1836 Walton Co. Ga. d. Sept 10, 1918, Whitfield Co.
ga.
Rebecca b. abt 1843
Joel or Joseph b. abt. 1845
He married Sarah A. Bowman in Whitfield Co. Ga. abt.1865. They moved to
Texas in the 1880's and may have settled in Comanche.

I'm hoping to bring the decendants forward of Joseph and Sarah Bowman Stone.

Any help will be appreciated.
