Chris Stockdale, 54, of Poway died Tuesday. He was born in Berwyn, Ill., and was the proprietor of a water company.

Survivors include his wife, Susan; daughters, Carly and Lauren Stockdale of Poway; sisters, Katherine Price of Indianapolis and Melody Williamson of Wheaton, Ill.; and brothers, Timothy of Lisle, Ill., and William of St. Charles, Ill.

Services: 11 a.m. today, Poway Bernardo Mortuary, 13243 Poway Road, Poway.

Donations: Scripps Clinic, Liver Disease Center, 10666 N. Torrey Pines Road, La Jolla, CA 92037.
