I don't think I have any Rowsey folks in my line but, in doing a lookup for
someone a long time ago, I found a Rowsey marriage in VA, in the late
1600s/early 1700s if memory serves -- not mind so I did not write it down.
But I recall thinking that they had to be among the first families to settle
in VA.
