I have some links to Steffey/Stiffy out of Greensboro, Green Twp in the late 1700's. I think this was considered at one time to be part of VA or W. Va also as well as Westmoreland Co. My relatives ended up in Armstong Co. I'd love to find the link with your names. I've suspected that there is a link in the Armstrong and Indiana Co. families.
