Hello,
My father is Charles Starner from Stow, Ohio. His parents were William and Gertrude (Werner) Starner. They were from Cuyahoga Falls, and moved out to Stow in the late 20's. I believe Wm. was born in Cumberland Md around 1874, Gertrude I believe in Pennsylvania in 1888. Does anyone out there have any info. on this Wm. Starner Gertrude Werners background?
