Hi all,

I am new to this list, and have searched the archives, but cannot find my connection.

Mary Stapleton, born circa 1789 (possibly in Pennsylvania, but maybe Kentucky) is my 3rd G-Grandmother. I have no information on her parents or siblings. She married William Joseph Stivers on 29 October 1806 in Fayette County, Kentucky. Her husband died in 1857 in Shelby County, Kentucky. Their children were: Evaline, America, George, James, Sidney, William, Rozelle, Elizabeth, Sarah, and Reuben STIVERS.

Would anyone happen to have an unaccounted for Mary Stapleton amongst their known ancestors? Given the German naming patterns of children, I would suspect a George Stapleton being Mary's father, but maybe James or Sidney. The male children named William, Rozelle, and Reuben are all names within the Stivers family.
