Does anyone have "The Stallard connection: a family history" by Nancy Clark Baker, Gladys Julian Stallard, Margaret Russell Stallard? (ASIN: B007FDC8SW)

It was self-published in the early 80's in the US. I'd like to know if it only deals with US Stallard family history, or whether there is significant UK lineages discussed as well, because if it does then I'll take up the challenge of finding a copy! I've been looking half-heartedly for the last year. But if it does have UK info then I'll redouble my efforts...

There's also Index to the Stallard connection, a family history by Donald Q Stallard [1993] (ASIN: B0006QJEUA).
