Hi,

Boy this is the most activity I have seen on the Snead Line in a long time.
So let me jump in hear and see if anyone can help with my Snead problem.
I'm looking for Elizabeth Snead, her family was living in the area around
Richmond N.C. in the 1800. She was born in 1800 and married William Norton
in 1818, shortly after getting married she and her husband, William moved
to Western Ohio, to Darke, County, where they lived for a few years before
moving across the state line to Randolph County Indiana, This is where they
took up roots and lived out there lives raising a family of seven boys
and three girls. William died August 18, 1862 and Elizabeth in October 24,
1877. Both are buried in Hopewell Cemetery, in Wayne County. This is just
across the county line from Randolph County where they lived. I will take
help on any information on this family in N.C., Please
Thank you for letting me tell my story one more time.
