My Great-Grandfather, David G. SMITH, was born in Butler Co., PA. in Sept.
1835. His parents were Robert SMITH who died in 1881 and Martha EAKIN who
died in 1863. Robert & Martha were married in Northern Ireland probably
Londonderry Co. about 1815; some of their older children were born there.
My David G. was married twice and had a total of 15 children. He had a son
George and a daughter Charlotte who was often called "Lottie", but no
Preston.
