Is anybody following the descendants of these two folks? This is my mom's
line, via Jesse David Slawson.

This morning's snail mail brought me a nice fat letter from another of their
descendants, an 82-year-old fellow named Luman Reed Slawson. He gives
information about the descendants of the first Luman Reed Slawson (1815-1885) who
married Isabell Dodd, if anybody is interested in them. Descendants include
folks named Freeborn, Payne, and Strutz or Strotz.
