I think what you are doing is great...I hate to see old photos like that and wonder how they ever got lost from the families. My great grandmother was a Short and lived in Duncans Creek area of North carolina. I do not know of any Shorts in Texas that are kin but it does not mean there are not. I appreciate what you are doing with the photos.
