Hi all Shipton researchers,
Is any one researching or connected to this family.
Mary Shipton born about 1815/6 married Henry Harding in Bristol in 1837.
In the 1851 census they are in Horsley. My great grandfather Samuel James Harding was born to them in 1859 in Bristol.
I have found really good records of Shiptons and Hardings in Horsley on the IGI, but unfortunately they seem to be missing the relevant years from 1800- 1830. Typical of my luck.
I am waiting for the marrage certificate of Mary and Henry, which will give me their fathers.
