I would also be interested to know if there are any "Shiel" folks who have
taken the test. Unfortunately I don't think my family would be able to as
it was my great grandmother who the line comes through and I think you need
a male line. Just for interest my Shiel family came from Hawick, are there
any more of you out there with ancestors from Hawick?
