Hello all,

I am looking for a Henry Seely of Greene County, Alabama. He is Black.
He was probably born around 1850. He married Melissa Lavender in Greene
County. They had Tammer (f), Melissa (f), Mimie (f), Mabery (m), Harvey
(m), AC (m), Laura (f), and Anna Belle (f), my great grandmother. Melissa
Lavender died in 1947. Anna Belle was born in 1896, and died in 1969. I
have no information on Henry, but would like to find anything. I am not
sure if this is the correct spelling of his name.

Also, Laura had a son named Harvey. He had a house built for his mother to
live in. Also, he built a house in the back of his own for Melissa.
Harvey, the brother and not the son of Laura, rented a large house in
which a local Black Santified Church had church. They were Church of God
in Christ. The only name I have in relation to the Church is Elder
Randolph. The church was in Eutaw, Ala.

Please help me find the parents of these descendants.

Kevin Jones
