Subject: [SDBONHOM] VANCUREN: More on my Springfield Families

When I listed my connection(s) to Springfield, I neglected to add the
VANCURENs. Another SMITH daughter, Adelia, m V.R. Vancuren, and settled
with her father & siblings in Springfield. It appears likely that the
Vancurens were actually in the area before the rest of the family
arrived. V.R. (for Van Rensselaer) and Adelia, also members of the
Methodist Episcopal Church, had two daughters:
Hannah b 1848 m Hosea Bridgman
Sarah b 1851
Adelia d in 1900 and V.R. in 1905.
