Hi Diane,
When doing a clean up of my files, I came accross your e-mail. I had just beenscrolling through St Ninian's graveyard inscriptions so I trawled again.Here is what I found. I hope this is not repeating something someelse has sent you.

Alexander GIBSON died at Barwhinnock 29/04/1875 aged 87yrs
Isabel BROADFOOT(wife) died at Barwhinnock 22/04/1862 aged 62yrs
Alexander GIBSON(son) no.1 died 15/08/1880 aged 55yrs)
Janet HORNER(wife) died 30/07/1883 aged 55yrs)
David GIBSON(son) no.2 died at Newton Stewart 13/07/1888 aged 60yrs
George GIBSON(son) no.3 died at Bailliewhirr 18/10/1900 aged 75yrs
Margaret WHANNELL(wife) died at Broughton Skeog 04/04/1914 aged 79yrs
There is no mention of a JANET!!!!! Hope this does not confuse the issue!
