Hi Listers,

Gone a bit mad with the research, and have not had time to catch up
with all the emails. Thanks to everyone who has made a reply, especially
about Sheuchan Mill. I will get round to replying to all, in the meantime I
have more on my mini genelogy saga (I know it sounds familiar!).

James Henry m Catharine BARCLAY 1865 Sperry leswalt Wigtown

Witness to the wedding were Thomas KING (birth 8 Apr 1825)
and James MORLAND
Parents of Thomas were James KING and Margaret ARMSTRONG

If Margaret was sister to Elizabeth, then Thomas was cousin to James Henry
Can anybody confirm or dispute?

Daughter of James Henry and Catharine
Mary BRUCE MURRAY b.abt 1877 Glasgow
Anybody see a Mary BRUCE MURRAY WOODHOUSE connection?

Another marriage of interest to me is that of
Arthur KING m Elizabeth HAMILTON 25 May 1845 Leswalt Wigtown Scotland
Does anybody have any background on this couple?
