When I posted the DGFHS New Publications information I assumed, quite wrongly
it seems, that most people on the List know of the existence of D&GFHS
(Dumfries and Galloway Family History Society). Ian's frome both Bill and
Ian put me wise to my omission.
Anone interested the Genealogy or Local History of Dumfries and Galloway can
get such inforamtion from our website.
Access <A HREF="http://www.dgfhs.org.uk/">www.dgfhs.org.uk</A>; -- Click on the Publications button to get a
series of pages of all our available publications.
There is also a Mail Order Form
(not absolutely necessary to use this but it makes life easier for the Mail
Order Secretary)
and Postage Rates Tables giving prices against weights (which is helpful).

Here is the information from the bottom of the Order Form:

Payments may be made in sterling or in American, Australian, Canadian or New
Zealand dollars.
Make cheques payable to Dumfries & Galloway Family History Society
Multiplying the sterling prices by these conversion factors:
USA -- 1.5; Canada -- 2.3; Australia -- 2.9; New Zealand -- 3.5
