Hello Jim and the rest of the List,



I'm a little confused about the names of the parents of Colin Campbell born
1787. You listed them as Donald Campbell and Mary Cameron. I also have some
of Johnny Campbell's notes and they show Colin's parent's as Donald Campbell
and Catherine McDonald. The notes I have do show Colin's wife as Mary
Cameron and the Mull Genealogy site has them married on April 5, 1810. Mary
is the daughter of John Cameron and Peggy (Margaret) MacInnes. John is the
brother of my gggg grandfather, Neil Cameron. Do you or anyone else on the
List have more information about John and Neil or their father, Angus
Cameron, born c1705. All three are shown on the Mull Genealogy site. I can
not find John and Neil's mothers name or where Angus was born, which I
assume was most likely on the mainland.
