Further to my project on Kintra, I wonder if anyone has information on these three families? I have tried everywhere I can think of without any luck but perhaps I'm missing something....

1851 Iona District No : Page No : 103 House No : 11 Locality : Kentra 18511076 McLean John 34 Head fisherman Kilfinichen MacLean Mary 32 w Kilninian MacLean John 12 s Kilfinichen MacLean Archibald 10 s Iona MacLean Mary 4 d Iona MacLean Margaret 6mo. d Iona MacFarlane Catharine 29 M lodger Greenock MacFarlane Sarah 4 d lodger Greenock MacFarlane Jannet 2 d lodger Greenock

( I believe the above family to be John McLean, b.abt 1817, Suie, who married Mary MacFarlaneon 7th June 1838. The Catherine MacFarlane could be the wife of Mary's brother(?) but I can'tfind anything to confirm this.)
