Sorry No connection here. Just tidbits to offer you.

You probably have this already but a Neil McKechnie (my spelling for
McEachern) married a female McQuarrie Feb 27 1781 in KLN M115442, 0343

I presume this was Catherine McQuarrie as they have the following
children listed in the OPR's for Ulva (Ormaig)
Janet Jan 1782
Allan Oct 1788
Marion/Sarah Feb 6 1791
Ann Mar 11 1792

I'd be interested to know of other children born to this couple and
which ones emigrated.
