Hello John,
I am sorry I can't help with any more then you know. I only have records of
children Mary born 3 April 1819 and Flora born 18 February 1815. So you
know more then I do.
It seems to be quite normal for those two names in particular to be
interchanged. I certainly have one in my line. It must have been quite
difficult in smaller community to work who was who when so many people
actually had the same name.
