JB: Not easy but can be done. Search 1871/81/91 census for a Mary born in (insert year) and in Australia. OR, check http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/cgi/search.pl
There are 14 Mary Beatons married between 1870-90 (extracted to date). Add husband's names and then search census for one born Australia. It only takes TIME! <VBG>
