Thanks very much for your interests.
One other little tidbit: Mary McEachern (Sarah McKechnie) married
Malcolm Leitch and lived at Con 2 Lot 11 east of the Garafraxa Rd in
Glenelg Twp. At Lot 16 lived Hector McEachern in the 1864 Census of
Glenelg. I have often wondered and searched for him after but without luck
,he seemed to have moved elsewhere. Chas McEachern and Catherine did not
come to Canada. Mary must have come with someone and this Hector seemed
rather logical to me. However this is Scottish and with such a large number
of like names it does not have to be logical at all.
