Alan,
From the census it goes Tiroran, Scoble, Kilimore so it looks to me as if it
is on the Ardmeanach Peninsula. So I looked on the map and found a Scobull
Point about a mile west of Tiroran and just in from that(in the forst area),
is Scobull. The whole of that peninsula on the north of loch Scridain is
called Ardmeanach.
There is a Killiemore on the north shore of Loch na Keil so perhaps when
they were doing the census they went round by boat.
