There are in fact 7 "divisions" (Parishes) on Mull not just three :

538 Iona. OPRs - b & m from 1829 to 1854 d from 1835 to 1854
542 Kilfinichen & Kilvickeon b & m 1804 to 1854 d none
544 Kilninian & Kilmore (with Ulva & Gometra) b & m 1766 to 1854 d none
545 Kinlochspelve b 1842 to 1854 m 1842 to 1851 d none
548 Salen b 1828 to 1854 m 1832 to 1854 d none
549 Tobermory b & m 1830 to 1854
550 Torosay b & m 1830 to 1854
.
Formal bmd records were, of course, required by "the state" from 1855 and were kept by the SRO in Edinburgh.

Have you tried www.origins.net which is a site put up by the Scottish
Records Office? You can, by paying a small fee (credit cards accepted)
access the births, christenings and marriage records for the three divisions
of Mull: Kilninian & Kilmore, Torosay, and Kilfinichen & Kilvickeon.
Records commence in 1766, 1772 and 1804 respectively so just hope your lot
didn't originate in Kilfinichen & Kilvickeon!
