St. Andrew'sPresbyterian Cemetery, Lot 11, 10th Line, King Twp., York Co., Ont.

Archibald McGillivray w.d. Feb. 13, 1886 aged 85 yeears.

(His wife was Mary McGillvray, dau. of Neil & Flora buried in
St. Andrew's Presbyterian Cemetery, Maple, Ont., sister of Neil Jr.
and Peter, who is buried in Port Elgin Cemetery, Bruce Co., Ont. I
have yet to find where Mary is buried. She was baptised 21 Aug.
1810, Ardalanish, Isle of Mull, Parish of Kilfinichen & Kilvicheon.
Archibald & Mary owned Lot 16, Conc 8 King Twp., York Co., Ont.
Their children were all born in Canada.
I have a copy of a letter from Archibald McGillivray to his
relatives and friends in Mull written Dec. 20th, 1849 to John MacLean,
Shiba, Ross, Isle of Mull, Scotland).

Catharine wota d. Sept. 24, 1862 aged 57 years


Erected by Hector McGillivray in memory of his father:
John McGillivray, Late of Ardtun, Ross, Mull
Argyleshire, Scotland. b. Sept 25, 1769, d. Dec. 28 1854.
also of Alex McGillivray b. Dec. 29, 1805, d. Jan. 26, 1854.

Hector McGillivray d. Aug. 31, 1856 ae 45 yrs 5 mo. 19 d.
and Hector's children all born in Canada.

Catharine Beaton w.d. Mar. 5, 1871 aged 74 yrs.
Neil Beaton d. mar. 28, 1966 aged 69 years
native of Argyleshire, Scotland.
